Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Missing or Lost Packages
Hauze of Savage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility and are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
We are also not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, address changes after an order are placed, or situations where a carrier is unable to deliver due to the location not being secure or accessible.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance:
UPS or USPS Customer Service, they will be able to assist you with filing a claim or locating your package.
